I do believe that Gospel Rap is a great way to reach the YOUTH. I'm 17 and grew up with a single mom and grew up drinking, doing drugs, being down, etc... Gospel rap has been a big thing in my life, and I do believe God has raised it up, mainly for the youth, who have come from the generation of Hip Hop music. This is a great way to touch the youth, but I also think that we can't limit this to all we listen to. I also like to listen to Worship music... Like 'Hillsong' and 'Jimmy Swagg' etc. Amen

Show some scripture that indicates God's favorite music.... He can speak for Himself. Don't let your opinion about rap tell people what God thinks.

@tbursee Would everybody that talks about HHH being a bad thing, be happier if everybody just stops doing any type of music to worship God? After all, who was in charge of the "music department" in Heaven before being "kicked out"? LOL

@SecularCondition God does not use rap sir. Do you eat your dinner off of a toilet seat or a dinner plate? So the aparatus you are serving something on makes a difference.God is not a rapper.

@tbursee We don't rap to the boss... we rap for THE BOSS. Why bash the efforts of good people that are spreading The Word just because of the type of music behind the message? I don't think the ability to rhyme for the Lord should be a topic of negative criticism. I'll pray for U.
