  • @LordWellington15 Pretty naive simplistic statements worthy of a sectarian bigot. I repeat - The Orange Order for its first 50 years was A Church of Ireland/Anglican organisation. Maybe you dont know enough about your own group? Why do you not have a parade at Glencoe to celebrate the Williamite victory of the Massacre of Glencoe?

The Irony is laughable - people like you singing the famine song while waving the Red Hand of Ulster - the symbol of Ulster Gaels. Fools.

  • @HEED1916 You obviously know nothing of the Order because you are not in it. The only things you know are from what you see on the TV. The Order never barred Presbyterians from joining, thats a fact. In canada all sorts of nationalities join the order, from Blacks to Italians, so you obviously have all your facts wrong.

  • @LordWellington15 You really are a halfwit. At the outset in this time of greater knowledge of science, do you really buy into the bible?

The orange order continue to be ignorant bigoted morons. Once they were even more bigoted in that they never allowed Presbyterians membership. The orthodox communities who split from Rome earlier cannot become members

  • ORANGE & PROUD

  • Very presumptive & arrogant response. My statement was based on my knowledge of Scots, Irish and European history. I can confirm I have been at a LOL annual Church service & have been LOL clubs and spoke to members.

So Lord Wellington, answer the points I have made. Are Greek Orthodox who split with rome years before the Reformation (which took place for different reasons in Scotland than England) allowed in? Glencoe was a victory for William of Orange in Scotland that you do not celebrate.

  • @HEED1916 How the hell do you know what goes on in the Order. You are not a member so you have no say in anything about the order. Until you get off your computer chair and actually go to an Orange Parade, visit an Orange Hall or talk to Orangemen your opinion does not matter.

  • @belfastandproud You are a reatrded scummy Taig who loves to watch Loyalist vids.

  • @LordWellington15

It is true that the LOL were so sectarian that they did not allow members of the Church of Scotland in during the 1800s. Are the eastern orthodox allowed in?

Why do the Orange Order not celebrate the Williamite victory at the massacre of Glencoe?

  • It would really surprise me if even half of this lot have ever seen the inside of a church in their lives. Although I think even the most religious marching protestant would struggle to convince me that there anything whatsoever 'Protestant' about marching. Killing of your fellow Christians is not something to be proud of. This is an aggressive and intollerant display of sectarian biggotry. Nothing more.

  • @pattobhoy What colours the sky? What way is the wind blowing? Is it dark out? That is the stupidest question I have heard. We walk so that we are known. We walk so the likes of Republicans dont gain a foothold in Scotland. We walk to be known and to preserve the union.
