Taekwondo & Muay Thai Training 2008

Breakdown: Punching bag training and shadow boxing

Age: 16
Height: 5'11" - 6'
Weight: 170 lbs or something
The stand up punching bag is approximately 280 - 300 lbs.
This is a compilation of some light training that I taped from November-December of 2008.
I have not been trained in Muay Thai or kickboxing, though I am looking for a gym and have been trained 8 years in Taekwondo. I have only watched videos of muay thai and learned from them.

so are these freestanding bags any good, i cant hang a heavy bag where i live so this is pretty much my only option, they seem to move about alot when hit, which 1 would people recomend
