  • a can of tuna is 69cents, mix that bitch with some brown rice and some veggies and u got a fucking meal. No need for supplements. However, supplements can really help you.

  • my suplements are: creatine-qualitine(gaspari),pr­e-workout- N.O explode(bsn),multi-vitamin- animal pak(universal),bcaa- Optimum nutrition,protein-syntha-6(bsn­).
