what if youtube didnt break every day

what if the video titles actually had room to read them before getting cut off

what if you could scroll the suggestions without scrolling off the video

what if you could always on top the video so you can do other stuff while watching it

what if the "add to" button did something useful, like favorite or watch later... seriously.. who thought i would want to queue a video i'm currently watching?

what if youtube would actually pay attention to this? 4500 views

Oh, and I was going to say... it looks like they've already implemented the ability to FB like, tweet and stuff all with one action. At least, sort of. Kinda.

What if you had some manual control over the filter that fills in your suggestion box, like blocking certain keywords, promoting certain keywords, limiting the videos listed by length or by availability in HD or SD...

On the homepage of youtube there should be a completely random video BANG in the middle of the page. From here you could use a 3D cloud-like system to pick your next video (eg. more random, less random, more hippie, less hippie)

Oh, I thought of another one. Being able to tag other users in your videos like how you can on Facebook posts and pictures so that if said other user wants to comment it would appear as a comment from the author.
