Hey I was woul wonderinv if you have to run a stall converter? I have a 66 strange with a 302 h pipe long tubes and flowmasters. Pretty much the same setup you have

@TheMikel302 couldn't possibly tell you I run a manual T5. I have no idea about auto and
stall.
Compcams write with that cam (xe268H // 31-242-3): "Hydraulic- Great for
Street Machine, 2200+ stall".
Maybe that's any help.
How's the car running otherwise? like that combo?

@jimmyray0682 sorry i must have missed this post. i run a manual, so I wouldn't know. comp cams suggest 2200+ with that cam xe268h, 31-242-3. but I have no way of verifying this

@COMPCams well I'm impressed. cam manufacturer commenting on my car. that's something.
Very happy with the cam, makes power where it needs to be. Can spin that yoke all the way to 7000rpm, have it limited at 6500 at the moment to be on the safe side. Just painful to drive behind a tractor which happens quite frequently over here ;-)
