Quite an ugly job, same as the video. Not only plumbing looks a disaster, electrical and ducting, too. Just imagine a situation when something goes wrong, say, an electrical short. Who on Earth will then find the ends? What would be the price tag to fix and maintain this system? I would not be willing to be an owner of such a house...

hey what boiler is the one you guys have installed? and is only radiant heat zones? or any radiators. also wanted to ask a question i dont see anymixing valve for the radiant heat ! is the boiler already giving a lower temperature for those zones? do you have primary and secondary loop piping installed on the boiler? please answer! appreciate

beautifull work boys just beautifull. i used to bring the boilers down the steps with no shoes on in four feet of snow with one hand tied behind my back.

Seems very complex. I find regular furnaces work great and keep a house comfortable.

@amy2x I agree, but it's one of those things you pay more for initially and save money in the long run through efficiency savings.

Interesting installation. I've a question or two if I may.
What is the BTU per square foot load for the house?
A 2 temperature system, radiators in the basement and radiant for the main floor, so what are the design temperatures for the two areas and how are they controlled?
What type/brand/model# control system did you use?
Did you use primary/secondary piping?
Why do you have such a big taco pump and why is it installed with the shaft in a vertical position?
Primary air elimination device?

Their was also the demand to have it placed in this area and with everything mounted on and beside a small wall, it was pretty crambed.. Space was really the issue here, otherwise everything would have been horizontal. This is a Buderus system, I am not sure of the model number. It was purchased from Digel Air. You could inquire with them about various models.
