Hey guys, im back and this is my 540! My first one ever! Please like and subscribe for all my hard work in trying to do this. A 540 is when you pick one leg up, leave that leg up, jump and kick over the leg that is already in the air, and land on the kicking leg. The first part of it is my setup to get more momentum and it is faster and easier to do. So my left leg goes into the air, and I jump from my toes to get maximum hight, and I leave my left leg out and bend it a little so that my right leg can get over faster. And do not confuse a 540 with a tornafo kick. I will make a tutorial on how to do this tomorrow or Thursday.
