    You disregard the fact that drug dealers sell to ANYONE willing to pay. It might be legal, but people still need a prescription for medicine. If he lets one dealer sell his drugs there, then others will come and sell too. It's best just to keep all the drug dealers out. Drug dealers don't do any good anywhere. They bring poverty, crime, and murder whereever they go.
