Sawmya's rendering is so characteristic; she never compromises pronunciating sounds/syllables in Sanskrit appearing rather tough in order to tame them to suit swara s; still the rendering doesn't loose its charm thanks to her deep convictions about the sahitya as well as the raga.

when did she come to Australia? I didn't know she was here :-( Too bad she is not coming for the Sydney Music Festival in June this year
