Before you cite Cuban history, you need to get your facts straight. During the Batista regime, Che Guevara was in the (secondary) Escambray Front executing peasants and raping the countryside. He was only allowed to march with Fidel toward Havana after Fidel had come down from the Sierra Maestra.

The biggest evidence of her ignorance is that she thinks che guevara (no caps for this murderers name) was the one who lead the infamous revolution and fidel was picked by him to lead Cuba. No, you dumb fart. fidel castro lead the invasion from Tuxpan on the Mexican coast, in a 21-metre yacht called Granma, which fidel had bought there.

This ignoramus needs to get better informed before addressing an audience.
Health care in Cuba (for the Cubans) is ridiculous. Yes it is free, BUT there are no medicines and the facilities are terrible.
Castro does have special hospitals for tourists and foreigners that go there for treatments and/or surgical procedures. These are top of the line, clean, well maintained and equipped places NOT available to the Cuban workers. These are the places this lady(?) heard of.
