Baseless accusations? There are serious questions about Judge Sotomayor's judicial temperament that need to, and should be, asked. Not that they will be answered truthfully, mind you, this is all a dog and pony show. The supporting party, in this case, the Democrats, make speeches instead of questions and the opposing party will try to hold the candidate's feet to the fire. Given the track record of the Democrats in these hearings, the Republicans were downright mild.
