I didn't see any in the demo..all it let me do was create the body kit I wanted, create the rims I wanted and alter the spoiler they had chosen and choose the color of the car..I'm not saying it won't have neons..it more then likely will since all the other games have held true to that...I see no reason for them stopping nos.
