www.englishpages.de | PART 2. The Dahlia Gardens in Hamburg, Germany. This was the last chance to see the Hamburg Dahlias this season and as luck would have it, the sun shined all day. On the Sunday, the very last day, it rained hard all day. The Dahlia Gardens (Dahliengarten - www.dahliengarten-hamburg.de) is the largest in Europe and most likely the oldest, having first opened in 1920. A large amount of favourites, rarities and Kalinka, which reached 3.03 metres, make the gardens a must for visitors and residents alike. The dedicated team, work very hard to create a delight for all concerned. We are happy to live nearby! All rights reserved (C). A much higher quality video could be available, size 1.8 GB in mpeg format - on a basic no frills DVD, but I have made no plans yet. An extra DVD with a selection of the best photos for private use only could be made available if required. DVD Basic details: 25 frames, mp2, 720 x 576, 4.3, currently PAL (could be changed), 320 kBit/s sound, 48000hz , video encoder quality 15 etc. The YouTube compression effects the quality of the video you will see here. The total length is circa 17 minutes. Camera: NIKON Coolpix P80 (2008 model). Music: we would have liked to have used something else, but copyrights prevent this. We used copyright-free music.
