I am so glad I live in Europe. And still, we complain all the time about our healthcare system. I pay 8% of my wages for insurance, for full coverage and I really mean FULL coverage. Only thing is not included is cosmetic dental work and plastic surgery. Having said that, a friend of mine had breat reduction on health insurance by one of the best plastic surgeons.

correct me if I'm wrong, but don't these kinds of policy decisions constitute rationing? You know, that scary word GOPers were throwing around at the thought of Americans getting a public option choice?

They did NOT suggest she get sterilized. That is written in their policy. This story is being blown out of proportion - and it's just in Colorado they have this particular rule because of Colorado's laws, not because they're discriminating.

Our Healthcare is broken. A musician friend said "It's like a condemned building that violates every code in the book. Has to be torn down and rebuilt." The "for-profit" insurance is spoiled; CEO makes 7 or 8 figure anual income. We need HR-676 single-payer.
