Creating, Animating Advanced Rollover Buttons in Flash CS3

Thank you so much for the tutorial. I followed along but created a different design. Instead of light zips, I have boxes / movie clips that expand from the center of my buttons. Being that my boxes - just like your light zips - lie over top of my buttons, and cause my cursor to become blocked from displaying the hand over button. When my boxes expand - my hand cursor turns back to an arrow as if it's not over a button. Why are my boxes blocking the buttons beneath, when your light zips don't???
