This REALLY helped! I recommend this. This workout helped me win a Volleyball tournament today. This is mainly supposed to improve your abdomen and back muscles, but somehow, it improved my serve too. At the end of the tournament I spiked and that won the game. It was really powerful, and the team couldn't return it, so please try this out and subscribe to this channel! :D You will definitely see results if you play Volleyball mostly everyday. I play about 5 days a week.

Wow. This workout really helps. I'm starting to do this now, and everytime I do it, I feel more strength in my abs and back. Good stuff! :D I'm definitely subscribing. Hopefully this improves my volleyball skills.
