You must not be a Linux user to make a statement like that. Kiba-dock and Beryl can be fully tuned to the user's requirements. If you don't want to bend your windows, disable that feature. Don't want your desktop 'wobbly-bobbly'? You can disable that too. :)
heh looks nice, but call me when someone actually makes something less wobbly-bobbly with this technology - I don't think I need to BEND my windows and flog shortcuts around - other features look nice, tho

Try x11-themes/gentoo-artwork. I believe I remember seeing it in that package.
