I'm getting some CryInput.dll error when starting any executeable within the SDK.

It seems no one can fix the login problem... I looked over at crydev, but the "admins" just stop talking after they gave some weird solutions. The problem is probably in the login itself. Launcher.exe nor Editor.exe in 32 and 64 work. The editor stops working at Logging in at crydev and Launcher.exe doesn't even start. So if anyone here is familiar with this problem and knows how to fix this let me know the solution.

If you don't have Crysis 2 will it still work or do you need the game in order for the editor to work?
