well maybe the game has the same developer as another game u have played. cause sometimes when u sign up for a game u actually sign up so u can play more than one game with the same account name if they share the same company (exampel blizzard). cant really find the right words for it but hopefully u understand what i mean. so just try to log in with the same account name that you tried to sign up with, or any other account name that you have if you use different accountnames for different games
