8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 Cups Icing Sugar
2 Cups Fine Coconut
Pastel Soft Mints!
1 Baking Pan
Parchment Paper

-Mix all the ingredients together. (I find that a potato masher works good for mixing in the begining)

-Line the baking pan with parchment paper.

-Make teaspoon size balls and place them on the pan. (these can be put as close together as possible since they do not expand!)

-Squish one Soft Pastel Mint in the centre of each Snow Drop!

-Refrigerate & Serve!

Don't bake these cookies, just throw them in the fridge until they harden and enjoy!

P.S: Keep refrigerated for better quality snow drops!

Also, if you love cheese cake, i really think you will enjoy these. :)

Enjoy!
&
HAPPY HOLIDAYS YOU GUYS!!!
