  • Anybody else read the board as "cock pushups"? Seems weird he'd put it on the board 3 times because one is really all you need.

  • I have been using this same type of training w/ my clients. They brag to their friends who have other trainers that in 20 sessions, they have not lifted 1 weight, dumbell, etc. They love having to shop for new pants and underwear at week 2. You can not argue with results. I do my plyo/explosive workouts with my body armor on. At 40yrs of age, I destroy most people 1/2 my age. Good stuff on your site.

  • "mule kicks" are a good way to throw your back out. Don't do them unless you've done other lower back workouts previously or if you think your back is strong enough!!! Just saying:)
