"Ecce gratum" is "Behold the pleasing" in Latin. I can kind of "speak" Latin, so this is how I translated it: Behold the pleasing and desired spring bringing back joy, purple-colored flowering meadow, the sun brightens everything. Now let sadness fall! Summer returns, now recedes, the rage of winter.

Oh how I LOVE this song! I can never sit still when I am listening to it, like the music creates a trance over me. I'm actually learning how to sing this song at this tempo and believe me that's NOT and easy task when you don't know the words.
