@Bucka90 yes he was born in wales and lived there 4 a while but his parents r english who moved back to england.Most of his upbringing was in bournemouth england..His accent has no trace of welsh its 100 percent english..And he said on a gmtv unterview he conciders himself english.But he certainly is british anywho..He does add alot to the confusion with his fake accents while in character and promoting the movies.But all his bios do describe him as welsh..
