I know what you mean about struggling with the same pounds. I have been doing that for the past 6 months! Very frustrating, but I wasn't 100% on plan either.. so only myself to blame

  • Erin, you look so beautiful as usual. We've all been there losing the same amount of weight over and over. It does get frustrating, but you can win the battle! :o) We're all here if you you need us.

  • it seems like everyone has been gone for so long!!! I know what you mean about losing the same 7 pounds!!! I hate it soooooo much, it seems like every year i go through the same 10 pounds! GAH!! Cant wait til next week when we get to hear you say..I LOST!! =) Dont be a stranger=)

  • hey i was thinking...maybe the sodium in the take out (which is high) is what's making u seem heavier...and ur weight is like jumping a few lbs...so i guess if u really want to eat take out...maybe try flushing it out with water and dont weigh ur self for a few days after?? i'm indian so i know how much salt we use :P ahahhaha i hope that helps..but yeah cute top girllll
