Wide + close push-ups work different muscle groups in the arms and shoulders and help strengthen fighters.

Wide + close push-ups sets work different muscle groups in the shoulders, arms, and back. The wide block is a good aid for wide + close push-ups. Spread you arms wide on the bar, legs spread wide, and perform a set of 25 pushups. Without releasing the bar, slide your hands to the center of the bar until they touch, perform a set of 25 close-grip push-ups with your feet spread wide.

  • @GrantDreyer this guys a bitch so he isnt very explosive, and i know when you do it slow like 3 sec up 3 sec down ur T levels will escalate as well as hgh. ive done pretty much every workout u can think of in every form and variation, but im not hating on anyone

  • @chrlzbrks if you call that an explosive push up then haha weak.. you'll get results eventually even if you do it wrong but proper form is obviously better and as doing inproper form takes longer during a workout, less testosterone is produced so do us all a favour and not chatting crap

  • @muayadict when u go slow ur body will produce more testosterone and growth hormone in that workout which also is responsible for building muscle

  • @muayadict  musclebuilding purposes 3 secondsup 3seconds on the way down.doing them at this pace better hits the whole range of musclefibers.i assume ur a fighter so i would go slow on the way down and explode up,but pause at the bottom. doing them likethis will give u good quickpunch.if u do not pause u are using elastic energy.this elascticenergy buildsup when u come down fast and go immediately,but u can do em like that aswell.but if u pause it transfers over to punchingwhen ur fist fires out
