@Luewii Most probably unless they are very small, Bichirs are generally fairly peaceful unless kept with something they regard as an easy meal.

can anyone help!? my bichir has been swiming wierd its like the back half of its body is paralized and he struggles to turn around in hiding places. my tanks 55 gallons and he is about 7 inches. had him for about 5 months.
