Mandy always wins. He's just scared of her. He does secretly(?) care for both of the children as friends though(like the time they got taken by Nergal to be his friends and Grim started mssing them after a while).

I'm not so sure about this pairing; it would seem that Grim does care about Mandy 'and' Billy to some degree, but I don't think that would ever form into an intimate-type relationship. The age difference here is what mostly sets me off, she's a child and he's thousands of years old. You have interesting ideas, but I just don't think that Grim is in love with Mandy.

I have a suggestion:
In the episode "Scythe for Sale", Irwin unknowingly buys Grim's scythe at a yard sale Billy's holding. As usual, Grim wants to get his scythe back. (No surprise there...)
But, when Irwin uses the scythe and puts Mandy under his control, Grim seems more determined about saving Mandy than he is about getting the scythe back. (Really unlike him, isn't it?)
