@ wanmaker. I think you mean the most under-rated cyclist ever. Levi Leipheimer is by far my favorite cyclist, but his really under-rated. I mean he's won 2 stages at the Tour, and a 3rd place finish. And hes won the tour of california 3 times. wanmaker is just jealous.

no mention of the drugs positive in 96?
Interestlingly WIkipedia recently removed all mention of it , basically saying that it was unfounded gossip.
