I won a PC rig last 2009 .. and the prize that was supposed to be given was 920.. and surprisingly when the package arrived..i was shocked because the CPU was 950.. and during that time i never heard of 950 series.. and I didnt know whats the review or the difference between 920 and 950.. and until now i still cant get enough with my 950 i7....

The CPU you get for your PC is based on your needs. If you are a moderate gamer, like to watch Blu-ray HD movies, do some work on Photoshop, and like to edit HD videos every now and then, the Core i7-950 should be plenty of processing power for you. But if you demand ultra-high graphics on games and run graphics-intense software, like 3D image designing and TurboCAD, then either an i7-980X or Core i7-2600K is the way to go. Either way, these CPUs are good for futureproofing.
