This Video shows a portion of the assembly line at the Scorpion Factory. One person is installing and gluing the magnets into the flux rings of some 4020 series motors. The next person is applying the high-temp epoxy to seal the edges of the magnets. After that there are several people winding stators for HK-3026 motors. There is also someone cuttng heat-shrink tubing to length and another worker labeling finished stators by putting the turns count on the side of each one. Each of the workers is cross trained to do every job in the production process. This way, they cna switch tasks several times per day so they don't get board. It also helps eliminate bottlenecks in the production process if the "Stator Winder" or the "Magnet Installer" gets sick and cannot come into work one day.
