ABBA - Arrival

Here is ABBA's 1976 instrumental - Arrival. It was originally going to be called 'Ode To Darlecarlia' (Whoever that is!) But they called it Arrival, a much better name I think!
Such a beautiful song. They have used Frida and Agnetha's voices as instruments here. Very clever.
It's accompanied with black-and-white pictures, I just thought the black-and-white ones suited the song better than the coloured ones.

Hi! Dalecarlia is sometimes used as the english name of the swedish province Dalarna. A lot of the traditional swedish music and midsummer traditions are connected with Dalarna.

Orsa spelmän in BAO are from Dalarna, Orsa is a small city (village) in the middle of Dalarna.

Damn... ABBA were a band FAR ahead of their time, and now we can only live with the memories. The music is timeless. It is just as modern today as it was 35 years ago! Thank you ABBA - thank you for the music.
