Chuck Missler
Revelation
Session 01
Introduction

The Book of Revelation is the only book of the Bible with a Promise to the reader! Why? What makes this book so special?

Revelation is a "lens" that puts the entire Bible into focus. The lens is focused on the person of Jesus Christ, and his destiny is imminent. This is a book of victory: We are overcomers! We are the ultimate winners in the game of life! (I read the ending: we win!)

One of the reasons this book strikes us as strange is because of our lack of understanding concerning the Old Testament. The Book of Revelation consists of 404 verses that contain over 800 allusions to the Old Testament. These are detailed, along with Chuck's analysis of the design and structure of this fascinating book. Learn about the past, present and future of the Church and our ultimate destiny. This is an ideal "first study" and foundational for every Christian. * Introduction - Some general comments about the Book of Revelation and its uniqueness. • @5:55 absolutely true. The reason there is so much confusion is because most bible-reading Christians do not read the Older Testament in depth. There's no understanding of Revelation w/o Genesis & Daniel, primarily, but some of the lesser prophets, also. When you get to Daniel, history must be aligned w/ it or it too will not make sense. Anti-semitism & pride will blind a person EVERY time - & this is why the bulk of the Church is in the dark on this topic. Also, note, Saint doesn't = Church.

  • @obrststrmff If you view Missler's teachings on The Rapture, you will find that it's indeed scriptural. It doesn't make sense whatsoever for the Church to go through the Tribulation. I was once entirely confused about the matter, but God revealed to me the Truth after I sought the Truth, & prayed over it. Believe me, it's totally Scriptural, & of the 3 viewpoints, the Pre-Trib Rapture is the only view-point that makes sense, and again, has zero gaps in it, like the other viewpoints.

  • So...Christ was tortured and died on cross, and somehow, someone, will be raptured ? Another Satan's lie... Are YOU prepared to SUFFER FOR JESUS CHRIST as these Biblically prophesied times come upon the Christians?

  • I am so Blessed Chuck by your teaching and indepthness that I have become a student to the teaching I find on youtube . I really appreicate your ministry Chuck thanks a million and God Bless you and yours.

  • Chuck is definitely used by God in my life to bring scripture alive and to show all of the dimensions of the Word. I have never anticipated reading and learning the Bible until now. I cannot get enough, and I know I never will. Mark Kielar is also an excellent speaker, though his focus is not eschatology.

  • @docpotter33 --I've noticed that also, how secular music vids have 10s of millions of hits and words for our souls pale in comparison in popularity

  • for some reason, his diction and voice reminds me of david letterman... in a way...

  • The best thing about god is god.

  • The last part of his lesson is the most important. it has done alot for my walk and understanding the spirits insight. The spirit is moving in the revelation of the word, in our group here. In the same that he decribes. even the while driving the car while listening to the bible and the light goes on,. Very exciteing and It is so humbeling remember to Love one another this is how you know who each of us are. and remember that everything with out love is sounding brass.
