Reflections of a Child Who Grew Up is a tribute to the creativity and recovery process of a remarkable woman, Pauline Quinnin. "My belief is that people who suffer with mental health problems are very intelligent and creative people, as I have found with my own experiences with suffering from mental health problems including depression, severe post traumatic stress syndrome, anxiety, anorexia, agraphobia and obsessive compulsive disorder. "Creativity allows you to express inner thoughts and feelings OPENLY. It can bring you into connection with yourself." -- Pauline Quinnin This short video presentation was produced by AIM (Artists in Mind), an arts & mental health charity based in Huddersfield, England. www.artists-in-mind.org.uk
