Buffy the Sparrow arguing

This is a tame sparrow, (still slightly temporarily) called Buffy. She's about 10 months old now - she was born in May 2009. She fell out of her nest, and when she came to us, we raised her as normal, without realising that she actually had a broken leg (femur), which we only noticed sometime later. The leg set somewhat crooked, and coupled with her developing some illness at about the same time and almost dying on a number of occasions, she had to have a lot of attention from the humans - probably the reason why she decided to be tame rather than a wild bird.

She now lives with us - in her cage (her territory) for most of the day, but she gets to come out for over an hour each day, so she's quite a happy bird.

In this video, she's having a litle debate with me - possibly an argument :) This is her way of telling me that I'm wrong, and she's above me in the pecking order.
