Although I didn't like Pahlavi Dynasty, But from all account Mr Minbashian was great man who cares about army and it's personnel, I heard from numerous people who encountered him during their 2 years military service in the army, they all had nothing but good thing to say about him. He was a man with great sense of hummer and all the personnel loved him. My condolence to his family.
