I have A problem with my zen, when i play a music i cannot hear anything . i checked if i put it to paused but i didnt .

i had this problem with the Vision M....and now it just wont turn on, but when i plug it into my PC it auto installs some software any ideas???????

HELP!!
My Zen has all of a sudden stopped working!
It was perfect, and then all off a sudden wouldn't turn on!
I have pressed the "reset" button, then held the "power" button down, and even pressed reset and held the power button down at the same time.
Anyone got suggestions??

I have had mine for over two years and the only problem I have is that the down button isn't as sensitive as it used to be. I use it every single day, and it hasn't failed me yet. Very good product.

sorry man, but my zen doesn't work....

how do you fix a creative zen?

Go to the official site of creative, and download the new firmware for the W... Btw if u have the same proplem, u need to turn on the W in "Recovery Mode":
1. Remove the battery.
2. Move and hold the power button to the power on position while re-inserting the battery.
3. Hold the Power button until the Recovery Mode menu appears." (If it won't work sorry, but I've got no more ideas.)

just reset it,there should be a little hole some place on the zen use a paper clip and push it

There IS a little hole on the player, but it's just a microphone. The ZEN has got no reset button. I've fixed this little problem long ago but forgot the vid on YT. BTW Thank you.
