II.Andante. Another barely heard of Piano Concerto, this one from Christian Sinding, most famous for the piano piece, 'Rustle of Spring'. Played by Roland Keller (piano) and the Berlin Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jorg Faerber.

  • Remember that CS was by that time an old man suffering from dementia when he "joined" the Nazi party. Better to remember that he was, in fact, opposed to the Nazi occupation of Norway and did a lot to promote the careers of Jewish musicians previous to this. The Nazis only used him because at that particular time he was a "big name".
