See response below to RawbisFtw. The 1JZ is not as tall as the 2JZ so that should not be an issue. The car will not have to be cut, but if you build your own mounts you will probably end up doing some weldng on the k-member, typical of any swap.

How hard was the engine to fit in one of these? any firewall mods? add any frame support for the mounts? (2j is a whole lot bigger than the rotary.)

@RawbIsFtw 2JZ is long and tall but there was absolutely no cutting done to the car. Only mod was to lower the K-member .75" so I could use an unmodified n/a aluminum hood.

@markone609 Mustang 8.8. The stock diff could not live launching like that. Also, I run a 3.08 ratio, not available with the stock diff.

you just fucked up a nice car,2jz 3.0L,and plus,and a small 13b doing 6sec,and dont talk bull shit about realibility,build the rotary good and TUNE it good ,and ull see,its a small amazing engine,look at gas motor sports 2jz vs pacperformance ,and you be the judge.

@ctracer911 is the motor stock,and are they strong,and with astock motor gt42 turbo injectors, haltech.what hp you think ull get,i have a fc 13b but its not reliable and it gets me broke,i am thinking of a 2jz,what advice can you give,thanks
