When I signed up for my latest apartment, I thought it was too good to be true. Turned out I was right. The building is old and falling apart, and a recent 17" snowfall is now melting and leaking through the walls in the living room and the ceiling in the bedroom. Fun times!

Despite the trying circumstances I still managed to put out the first volume of my webcomic UTC. I display the proof copy of the book in the video to prove that it really exists and will be on sale soon.

On the drawing table is concept art for my current project, Simon Scout #2.

I was half-unpacked and set up when the leaks were discovered two months ago, and I've been rearranging furniture since then to allow the landlord to fix what's wrong...but more problems keep popping up faster than he can deal with them. That's why you see bookshelves in random places and boxes everywhere. I try to tidy up every so often, but with all the space I've lost to these leaks there is just nowhere else to put stuff.
