Hi all, this is my very first video post so I'm far from a pro at this. The purpose of my posts will be to demonstrate that anyone at any age can get ripped and huge. Even an "old guy" like me... Here is one of the training exercises I do each week to keep my abs and arms firm, pumped and cut.

  • The video is cool. The exercise is good and would be a great help for beginners like me in body building. I do a workout plan that I used to follow I get it from a site and its FREE. I thought I could share it to you guys. The plan focuses on gaining lean muscle and helps you achieve a lean muscular look. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

    I'm almost 50 and finally working off several decades of beer belly, and I'm NOT a professional paid trainer (I have a real job), now THAT's an accomplishment!
