In September of 1996, America's largest ever one-day postage stamp festival was held at New York's South Street Seaport. The Elvis-themed event was attended by 27,000 fans. Legendary NY DJ Bruce "Cousin Brucie" Morrow. Also on hand were Brooklyn Dodgers legend Duke Snider and NY Governor George Pataki. The festivities were capped off by the NY debut of "The Flying Elvi," the skydiving Elvis lookalikes from the film "Honeymoon In Vegas."
