@GTADIFF If my family wasn't so amazing like the Cohens (my mom is a lot like Kirsten...except for the drinking) I would want to be adopted into that family. I'm waiting to meet my Sandy Cohen.

I just adore all of them. I know this is random, but TPTB made their home life more realistic than most shows because you see them in their pjs eating breakfast every morning and trying to eat dinner as a family every night. I know it was a teenager show, but the glue was really Sandy and Kirsten.

one of the best scenes in the oc......dawn basically 'giving' ryan to kirsten, its beautiful but so heartbreaking. sad but has a happy ending because ryan i right where he belongs now. i miss the oc and the great moments like this.

I really hate that they brought Ryan's mom back in season 3. If my mom was an alcoholic who threw me out on the streets homeless when I was 16 after watching her boyfriend beat the hell out of me, I would NEVER talk to her again. It's so ridiculous to think that Ryan would be like "Oh, it's ok, let's be friends." You could really see that the writers only did this to try to kill time in the show and they couldn't think of any good ideas. Sad to see such an excellent show go downhill at the end.
