HTC chacha: How to remove cover

First time is most difficult.
Use a rubber band to secure the grip between the thumbs and the cover.
Place both thumbs just below the HTC logo with both hands wrapped around the phone as shown.
Apply downward force and slightly push away to slide the cover off.
If you're using all your strength and still cannot get it open, you may be applying pressure to wrong spot.
First time is hardest, it'll loosen up over time and as soon as you get familiar with the place to place the thumbs.

@NicoleLovesIt123 it easier to open using your palm , hold the phone with your right hand and slide push it downwards using your left palm.I'm having a hard time too , following this video so I just figured it out myself.It works 100 % just make sure your palm is a bit damp for it to grab a grip on the back cover.Thanks.

well it's easier to open it using your palm and with your hand a little damp , not wet just enough to get a grip on the cover.hold it with your right hand and slide push downwards the cover using your left palm.it's a lot easier.try it.

fck this phone, its easier to snap the phone in half then open the friggin cover. I successfully open it twice, but now it looks like its stuck. Whoever made this design must be a moron, how hard is it work...

i am very weak and little...i was trying ot open it and it wouldnt budge... i used a rubber glove (the kind you get to do the washing up) and it opened in seconds! dont press down on it, just pull it downwards to slide it off with abit of pressure :)
