We actually owned one of these pre-war Crosley convertibles in late 1950s. 2 cylinder air-cooled motor under hood and the tiny gas tank was mounted on firewall above the engine. It was a simple little car and I've thought of it thru the years. It was fun to drive around Fort Pierce, FL in those days. It was light enough that some guys picked it up and set it on a woodpile as a joke. I believe ours was made in 1942 before Crosley started building military vehicles for the war. Love to have it now
@TheKingsman42 I would so love to have a Crosley....I have often wondered...."what is the Crosley of today".....a "Smart-car" ?
