@AgentAergo Nothing is faster than pulling a $20 out of your wallet & handing it to a cashier. As far as safety goes...I recently read an article about a couple of security issues google wallet was having; that's not too safe, is it? Also, if you were being robbed at gun point, do you think the thug is going to be pleased when you tell him, "I don't have any money or cards,I just have google wallet"? NO! Money makes people happy...Cash gives you more of a chance of not getting shot, unlike GW
Cashier: $7.61 is your change & your receipt...thank you, have a nice day!
Me: Have a nice day. Thanks.
Cash is easy, it's quick, it's best (as long as you can count). For daily purchases (meals, grocery, gas, etc.), I always pay in cash; more people should. However, if you must pay using a debit or credit card, use the actual card. A phone is for communication, not for making purchases.
