We can't guarantee that your life will remain free from bad timing or bad luck, but we can help you prevent one of the baddest bads there is—bad breath.

To complete this How-To you will need:

A toothbrush
Toothpaste
Dental floss
Some water
And a dentist
Mouthwash
Sugarless candy
Sugarless gum, or breath mints

Step 1: Brush & floss

Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss at least once a day to help remove odor-causing bacteria and food.

Step 2: Brush tongue

Gently brush the top of your tongue every time you finish brushing your teeth.

Step 3: Clean dentures & retainers

If you wear dentures or retainers, clean them regularly.

Step 4: Avoid these foods

Avoid the following: garlic, onions, cabbage, cheese, spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine.

Tip: If you do indulge in any of these fragrant foods, brush your teeth afterward, drink plenty of water, and have some mouthwash, sugarless gum, or breath mints handy to mask your breath, just in case.

Step 5: Avoid smoking

Avoid smoking.

Step 6: Drink water & eat candy

Drink lots of water and suck on sugarless candy, especially if you tend to have a dry mouth.

Step 7: Visit dentist

Visit your dentist every six months for a cleaning and check-up—visit him sooner if you develop bad breath that doesn't go away after you've tried everything.

  • Oraltech Labs worked for me and I think I tried most other products on the market. It's not easy as the program has you treating all causes of bad breath just in case your suffering from any one cause and don't know it. However when I had bad breath I lost many job opportunities and all my friends so I was happy to follow the program just to get my life back. Anyway it's worth it to cure bad breath.

  • what if you have braces???????

  • There is actually nothing worse than saying hello to somebody, and then regreting ever starting a conversation, because their breath smells like the grids!

  • Step 1: Buy gum

Did you know that shoes go on your feet?

  • Halitosis is the worst ''disease'' if you can name it ''disease'' I brush my teeth 5 times in the morning and 3 times every day and I also brushed my gums and tongue! Till then it's ok! But after 20 minutes I start feeling that something's going wrong! I take Listerine with me at school. I’ve found Oraltech Labs which shows you how to treat bad breath, tonsil stones, GERD and Post Nasal Drip and finally gotten rid of my bad breath. It should work for you too.
