@Superbowl96 After Davey Jones ten years were up she- if she had stayed true to their love was ment to meet him at an appointed place so he could be with her again- but she never showed up- meaning he had to return to the dutchman- she says its her nature to be unpredicatble and he wouldn't love her any other way

@Superbowl96 Calypso gave Davey Jones the task of ferrying the souls of those lost at sea into the afterlife for ten years. They loved one another and she was meant to remain faithful for ten years so they could be togather again.. however she was not, so Jones was condemded to the Flying Dutchmen.... He stopped performing his duties and thats why he and his crew have the form of sea creatures.
