@Ibrahim1109 why do they have to be dependent on their government to provide everything? Africa has great potential to be a economically powerful continent, but it's that demand for the government to do everything for them that keeps Africa in limbo
oh, and about the African Governments, how many of those governments have socialist majorities in elected office? The number may surprise you...

They are weak governments. They need help themselves. This is what's I am talking about. These governments need to be brought up to speed with the rest of the world so that they can reach the isolated places police them, feed them, teach them, and heal them.

Sad sad sad. Africa really needs help. Whether it be China, India Germany whoever! Someone just needs to get them up and running to the point where medicine, water, and food are things that are not super scarce. How long will these people have to wait? Americans always preach about others being barbaric and uncivilized but they are doing a HORRIBLE job of helping!
