This fruit is also called a "maranon" in el salvador, they come in two colors yellow and red...the yellow ones are sweeter the red ones are tarter...this video reminded me of my grandma when she used to roast the "pepitas" cashew nuts...the smell of roasting nuts is soooooooo delicious..also, the fruit can be made into delicious cold drinks...just mash to a pulp and add sugar and ice....thanks for uploading...
Do you use in some way ,the caustic oil that drop from the nuts when they are roasted? I try to use as ink for wood. I think the oil is flammable too, because the nuts get fire when you put them in a stove, could be used in lamps I guess, or something like that
